We do not collect, store, sell, or share personal data. TronlinkTextTool generates secure text transformations, SEO-friendly slugs, and extracts emails directly in your browser. The generated results stay on your device unless you copy them yourself.
This policy is required by the Chrome Web Store because the extension declares a host permission. We explain below why it exists and how it’s safe.
None. We do not collect or transmit any of the following:
All transformations happen locally in your browser. If you press “Copy”, the content is placed onto your clipboard and never sent to us.
Permission | Why it’s needed | What it does not do |

host_permissions https://firestore.googleapis.com/* |
TronlinkTextTool fetches a small read-only JSON configuration file from our Firebase project. This file only contains simple flags (like whether to show built-in tools or load a webpage). This ensures we can update settings without forcing users to reinstall or update from the Chrome Web Store. |
❌ No access to user data, browsing history, or keystrokes. ❌ Cannot access third-party websites. ❌ No analytics, ads, or tracking. ✅ Only our Firebase JSON file is read, and it contains no executable code. |
🔒 Important for Reviewers:
- The Firebase file is static JSON, not remote JavaScript.
- The extension never executes remote code.
- No personal or browsing data is transmitted.
- Permission exists only to fetch this one configuration file.
Sometimes the extension may open or embed a page from our own site ( developkhiffs.github.io/TronlinkTextTool ). That site may have its own cookies or logs — see its policy if applicable.
